Patient Services

Emergencies
If your child needs emergency attention at any time, dial 911 immediately to reach Emergency Medical Services. Then, if possible, call our office.

After-Hours Concerns
If you are concerned about your child's health and our office is closed, call our regular office number. We have a 24-hour answering service that will arrange to have a doctor return your call.

Routine Questions and Concerns
We encourage you to call us during office hours with any non-emergency questions or concerns. For your convenience, many of the most frequently asked questions are addressed in our FAQ section of the web site.

Our doctors are with patients most of the day, so our office staff is trained to answer most of your questions and collect information to pass along to your doctor. Your call will be answered at your doctor's earliest opportunity.

Appointments
Running late to an appointment? Not sure if you need an appointment? Our appointment guidelines will give you the answers you need.

Prescriptions
Our prescription policy outlines everything you need to know for refilling a prescription or requesting a new prescription.

Billing and Insurance
For information on how we bill our customers and the importance of presenting your insurance card at every visit, please review our billing and insurance section.
