Medication Dosing

The following chart outlines our office's medication dosing policy, which may differ slightly from the manufacturers'.

If your child's weight and age don't fit under the same column below, use weight as the deciding factor about how much medication to give.

If you have any questions or concerns, please call our office and ask to speak with a nurse.
