Billing and Insurance

We make every effort to minimize the cost of your medical care. You can help keep costs down by paying at the time of your office visit. For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, Visa® and MasterCard®.

Our office files insurance claims for hospitalization and participating managed healthcare insurance plans. In order to settle claims quickly and accurately, it is important that you provide us with correct filing information each time you visit the office. In fact, most insurance companies require you to present your insurance card at every office visit. After presenting your insurance card, your payment, including copayments and/or deductibles, is expected at the time of service. You will be required to pay in full if you fail to present your insurance card at each visit. We will provide you with an itemized receipt that contains all the information your insurance company requires for any claims you file.

Insurance is not a substitute for your payment; it is a method of reimbursing you for fees paid to your doctor. Payment to Grand Parkway Pediatrics is always your responsibility.

Please call our office if you have any questions regarding payment.
